Frequently asked questions from accountants

The answers below cover the questions we hear most from firms, fiduciaries and in-house accounting teams.

Which invoice formats does Comptyx accept?

Native PDFs, JPG and PNG scans, including phone photos. Each successfully extracted invoice uses one credit, regardless of page count.

Which charts of accounts are supported?

PCG (France), SKR (Germany), PGC (Spain), CGNC (Morocco), US GAAP (United States) and IFRS (UAE). Accounts are generated in the local chart.

Can I export FEC?

Yes. For French files Comptyx posts balanced PCG entries and exports FEC.

Are my documents used to train AI models?

No. Invoices are not sold or used to train third-party models. See the privacy policy.

How does billing work?

One credit = one successfully extracted invoice (or one statement in eligible countries). The trial includes 30 documents. Paid plans are Solo, Cabinet and Cabinet+.

Does Comptyx replace my ERP?

No. You review and export to Sage, Cegid, DATEV, QuickBooks, Xero, and others.

Are entries always balanced?

The engine checks balance before you see the entry. An unreadable invoice is flagged rather than published with uncertain amounts.

Is the bank journal available everywhere?

Only Morocco, France, Spain and Germany. Not the UK, United States or UAE.

Can I try before I subscribe?

Yes. Free account, 30 documents, no card.

Where are prices?

The pricing page lists Solo €59, Cabinet €149 and Cabinet+ €299 per month, plus the trial.
