Comptyx features for accounting firms
Comptyx is an accounting workstation: it extracts invoices, posts balanced entries on six national charts, and exports in the formats your ERP expects.
The actual flow
- DocumentPDF, scan or photo — purchase, sales, or a bank statement (FR, MA, ES, DE).
- ExtractAI reads the counterparty, amounts, tax and date. OpenAI does not train on your documents.
- PostThe engine posts the entry on the file’s chart — PCG, SKR, PGC, CGNC, US GAAP or IFRS.
- ReviewYou validate the accounts. An unbalanced entry never reaches export.
- ExportFEC, DATEV EXTF, ContaPlus, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, CSV or PDF — without changing ERP.

Learn more →What Comptyx does — and does not
Comptyx extracts accounting data, posts balanced entries, and exports to FEC, DATEV, ContaPlus, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, CSV or PDF.
It does not produce a tax pack, run payroll, or replace your accountant’s sign-off. It is a posting accelerator, not a full ERP.
Is there a trial?
Yes. 14 days, up to 30 extractions, no card — whichever limit you hit first.
Bank journal everywhere?
No. Only MA, FR, ES and DE. Not UK, US, AE.
What does a document cost?
One credit = one successfully extracted invoice, or one bank statement in eligible countries.
Where is data hosted?
See the Security page. Source documents are not used to train third-party models.
