CGNC-compliant accounting software for Morocco
Comptyx applies the Moroccan general chart of accounts (CGNC) to your invoices: expense accounts, recoverable VAT, suppliers and customers — with Sage, Excel and CSV export for Moroccan practices.
A Moroccan chart, not a translation
Many “international” tools translate a generic model into local accounts. Comptyx starts from the CGNC maintained in the product: class-6 expenses, Moroccan VAT, 3421/4411 counterparties and balance rules are applied when the entry is built.
You import a purchase or sales invoice, you get a balanced CGNC entry, you review it and you export. The long Moroccan codes (44111000, 34552000…) are what Sage and fiduciaries expect, not a three-digit approximation.
| Account | Label | Debit | Credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 61210000 | Raw materials purchases | 1,000.00 | — |
| 34552000 | Input VAT on charges | 200.00 | — |
| 44111000 | Suppliers | — | 1,200.00 |
Sage export and accounting files
Sage export is available for firms that close Moroccan files in that ERP. Excel and CSV cover other take-on flows. Comptyx does not produce the tax pack or Simpl-TVA: it speeds up the posting you then review in your production software.
Bank-statement journals are available for Morocco. One credit = one statement, not one movement. UK, US and UAE have no bank journal in the product.
For Moroccan fiduciary firms
PME bookkeeping, month-end supplier invoices, scanned expense claims, ICE checks on source documents. Comptyx speeds initial posting; the reviewer keeps the last word.
Multi-file: each user manages clients in their workspace, within Solo, Cabinet or Cabinet+ limits.
Is the chart really CGNC?
Yes. Accounts come from the product’s Moroccan CGNC profile, not a translated French PCG.
Can I export to Sage?
Yes. Sage, Excel and CSV are available for Morocco files.
Is Moroccan VAT handled?
Yes. Recoverable and output VAT post to the CGNC state accounts from the document.
Is the bank journal included?
Yes for Morocco. One credit per statement, not per movement.
