Automated accounting entry for fiduciaries
Your firm receives stacks of invoices every month. Comptyx turns them into balanced entries, ready for your production software — without replacing the reviewer’s control.
Less typing, not less review
Automated posting does not mean “no review”. Comptyx shows every entry line by line. Balance is checked before export. Juniors prepare batches; seniors sign off.
The gain is retyping, not professional responsibility. An unreadable document is held. An unbalanced entry never reaches the FEC, DATEV or Sage file.
| Account | Label | Debit | Credit |

Batch processing and multi-country files
Drop ten, fifty or a hundred invoices in one session. Each document gets its own entry. One credit = one successfully extracted invoice.
FEC (France), DATEV (Germany), Sage (Morocco), QuickBooks and Xero. Bank journals only for MA, FR, ES and DE.
What Comptyx does not do
No tax pack, no payroll, no full practice OS. It is a posting accelerator that feeds the ERP you already run. Comparisons with Pennylane or Dext start there: they often cover full production; Comptyx focuses on document → entry → export.
Can staff prepare without exporting?
Yes. Preparation and validation are separate: nothing is exported until you confirm.
How many invoices per batch?
As many as your quota allows. Each extracted invoice uses one credit.
Does it fit a Moroccan fiduciary?
Yes. CGNC and Sage export are native, with bank journals for Morocco.
Do I need to change ERP?
No. Comptyx exports in your production software’s format.
