The 18 FEC fields
The FEC is a mandated text export. The 2013 order requires 18 fields. A non-compliant file can cost €5,000 per fiscal year.
The columns
JournalCode through Idevise — 18 fields, plus encoding and filename rules (SIRENFECAAAAMMJJ.txt).
Auxiliary fields must stay empty off third-party lines. Filling them with “0” fails compliance.
